INGREDIENTS
2 L
Eggs beaten
1 pinch
Salt
1 pinch
Pepper
2 pinches
Cinnamon powder
4 slices
White bread (thick if possible)
1 Splash
Milk
Topping
1 tbsp
Butter
2 tbsp
Syrup as needed
PREPARATION
Place beaten eggs in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, cinnamon powder, and milk to egg and mix.
Heat frying pan until hot.
Dip bread in egg mixture, flip and dip again.
Place in frying pan 4 at a time. Remove when both sides are done and very light brown.
Cooking Tips:
Be sure not to overcook as it will taste dry. Make sure the egg coating is fully cooked.
Serving Tips:
Typical embellishment is to spread butter than pour syrup on top.
