INGREDIENTS
2 LEggs beaten
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchPepper
2 pinchesCinnamon powder
4 slicesWhite bread (thick if possible)
1 SplashMilk
Topping
1 tbspButter
2 tbspSyrup as needed


PREPARATION
Place beaten eggs in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, cinnamon powder, and milk to egg and mix.
Heat frying pan until hot.
Dip bread in egg mixture, flip and dip again.
Place in frying pan 4 at a time. Remove when both sides are done and very light brown.


Cooking Tips: Be sure not to overcook as it will taste dry. Make sure the egg coating is fully cooked.
Serving Tips: Typical embellishment is to spread butter than pour syrup on top.
