Thyme dry flakes

Dutch Noodles
64 oz
Chicken Broth (can be home prepared)

Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
PREPARATION
In Dutch oven sauté onion in olive oil until lightly brown on low heat
Add celery, carrots, thyme, and chicken to Dutch oven and cook on low heat until carrots are soften
Add chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes
