INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup
All purpose flour
1/2 tsp
Salt
3 L
Eggs
3/4 cup
Milk
1/2 cup
Beef broth
PREPARATION
In a mixing bowl scramble eggs with milk until foamy. Stir in flour and salt while mixing.
Add beef broth and mix well.
Preheat oven to 450F. Place muffin pan in oven empty until hot, about 5 min. Pour mixture evenly into muffin pan.
Cook mixture until puffy and dry. About 15 minutes depending on oven.
Cooking Tips:
First time watch not to burn pudding. Makes about 12
