INGREDIENTS

93% Lean Ground Beef
1/2 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Black pepper
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 tsp
Ginger and Garlic paste
Chili powder to taste
1/2 cup
Elbow Macaroni dry ( boil with potatoes )

Potato boiled
1 cup
Peas cooked
PREPARATION
Cook beef adding salt, pepper, soy sauce, and ginger garlic paste.
Cook until all water is gone. Set aside and let cool.
Add noodles, potato, peas to beef mixture.
Put in food processor and spin until mixture is a thick paste.
Make 1.5 inch balls and make oval. Place on a cookie sheet lined with non stick foil.
Bake on 350°F for 30 min
Cooking Tips:
If desired egg wash each oval and deep fry until golden brown
Serving Tips:
Makes 20. Serve with a dip or sauce.
