INGREDIENTS

Onion diced in large squares
4 tbsp
Butter
1/3 cup
Flour
30 oz
Beef broth
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
In sauce pan saute onion in butter until softened.
Stir in flour. Mix until it makes a paste.
Add broth and bring to a light boil, stirring all the while. Add salt and pepper.
Remove from heat when desired thickness is achived.
