INGREDIENTS
15 oz
Black or Red Eye Peas
1 small
Onion finely diced

Red Bell Pepper finely diced
3 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tsp
Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp
Parsley flakes
1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar
PREPARATION
In a non stick frying pan saute onions and red pepper in olive oil until they are soft.
Add garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir and cook on low heat for 5 min
Add peas and cook 5 min.
Cooking Tips:
Cook longer to soften the peas as desired.
Serving Tips:
Can be served at room temperature or warm.
