INGREDIENTS
3 L
Eggs ( room temperature )
1 1/2 cup
All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cup
2% Milk ( room temperature )
1 tsp
Salt
2 tbsp
Butter melted
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine the eggs, milk, salt, and flour in a blender
Blend for 30 seconds until combined.
Add the melted butter and blend again for 15 to 20 seconds. The batter should be smooth. Let batter rest for 15 min.
Grease a cups with the softened butter.
Pour the batter into the prepared tin halfway.
Transfer to the oven immediately and bake for 20 minutes. Lower the heat to 350ºF and bake for 10 minutes more.
Eat ASAP
Cooking Tips:
Using muffin tins makes 12. Using popover tin makes 6.
Serving Tips:
Best served hot. Makes 12 dinner roll size
