PREPARATION
Place eggs in a pot of cold water. Ensure eggs are totally submerged in water.
Bring to a rolling boil and keep for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let sit covered for 20 minutes.
Place pot in sink, fill with cold water and lots of ice.
Let sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
Crack and peal eggs.
