Sweet Onion (diced fine)

5 stalks
Fresh Cilantro (chopped small)
1 cup
Vegetable Oil

Add cooked peas or spinach
PREPARATION
In a bowl combine all dumpling ingredients and mix. Remove all lumps. Mixture should be a thick paste. Let rest covered 10 minutes.
In frying pan add oil and heat. Drop a teaspoon of mixture at a time in the oil and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Place in serving dish.
