INGREDIENTS
2/3 cupGram Flour
1/8 tspChili Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking Powder
1 medSweet Onion (diced fine)
2/3 cupWater
5 stalksFresh Cilantro (chopped small)
1 cupVegetable Oil
OptionalAdd cooked peas or spinach


PREPARATION
In a bowl combine all dumpling ingredients and mix. Remove all lumps. Mixture should be a thick paste. Let rest covered 10 minutes.
In frying pan add oil and heat. Drop a teaspoon of mixture at a time in the oil and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel. Place in serving dish.
