Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
1 lb
Center Cut Pork Loin ( 6 thin cuts)
2 L
Eggs (beaten)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
2 cups
Italian Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp
Butter
32 fl oz
Chicken Broth (can be home prepared)
PREPARATION
Remove all fat from the pork chops
In a small bowl add eggs, salt, and pepper. In another small bowl add bread crumbs.
Double dipping â?? place 1 pork chop in egg bowl and than place in bread crumb bowl making sure chops are coated with bread crumbs. Repeat the process.
In medium frying pan add butter and melt on medium/high heat.
Add pork chops and brown turning over in 2 minutes to brown other side.
Add chicken broth until chops are ¾ covered. Cover and change heat to low.
Cook 20 minutes on each side.
Cooking Tips:
Don't let the frying pan go dry.
Serving Tips:
Best served fresh.
