INGREDIENTS

Cauliflower (cut below florets)

Potatoes (diced into 1/2 inch squares)
1 small
Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste
1/8 tsp
Chili powder to taste
3/4 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp
Cumin powder
2 tbsp
Oil
1 1/2 cups
Water
PREPARATION
Wash cauliflower and cut each floweret into 4 pieces. Peel potatoes and cube into small squares
Heat oil in heavy pan. Fry onions until golden brown and add ginger/garlic and chili powder.
Stir well and add salt, turmeric, cumin. Add water, stir and cook 2 min.
Stir in potatoes and cauliflower, increase heat and cover.
Keep a watch on it until steam forms inside the pan, then reduce to low and continue to cook for 15 minutes. (For reduced calories, use non-stick pan, spray liberally with Pam (butter-flavored) and use just 1 tablespoon oil.
