Butter Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs
Small red potatoes halved or quartered if large
1 stick
Butter melted
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Scrub potatoes in cold water. Slice off roots. Leave skin on.
Boil in water until tender.
Drain water while hot coat with melted butter.
Cooking Tips:
Add salt and pepper and toss.
