Eggs hard boiled, de-shelled and split in half
2 tbsp
Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp
Sugar
1 tsp
Thousand Island dressing
1 tsp
Prepared Mustard
3 tbsp
Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp
Salt
2 tbsp
Milk
1 pinch
Black pepper
Paprika for color
PREPARATION
Empty yoke into a bowel and crush into a paste.
In another bowel add all other items and mix well, add to yoke bowel and mix well.
Using a teas spoon add yoke mix to egg white careful to coat the entire top of egg.
Garnish tops of eggs with paprika
