INGREDIENTS
1Corn Beef Brisket
2Pepper corn
1 rollButter flavored crackers (crushed fine)
1 LEgg
1/4 cupMilk
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste


PREPARATION
Boil brisket for 2 â?? 3 hours until tender. Slice and puree in a food processor.
In a large mixing bowl add crackers, egg, milk, salt, pepper and mix.
Add corn beef and mix thoroughly.
Make 1.5� balls and place on a foil cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F for 20 min
