INGREDIENTS
CRUST

All Purpose Flour
1 tsp
Baking Powder
1 L
Egg
1/4 cup
Sugar
1/2 cup
Butter softened (1 stick)
FILLING
16 oz
Cream Cheese softened almost liquid
1 1/4 cup
Sugar
2 tbsp
Flour
1 cup
Sour Cream
6
Eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup
Milk
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup
Ricotta (optional)
Cinnamon powder to taste
PREPARATION
Crust - In a bowl mix all the ingredients well with wooden spoon until smooth and tacky. In a 8inch x 12inch casserole dish spread crust mixture on bottom and sides.
Filling - In a bowl add filling ingredients in order as they appear while mixing constantly.
Pour filling into casserole and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top. Bake 300ºF for 10 minutes and then 275°F for 1 hour.
Remove from oven pull sides away from dish and let cool.
