INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cupsAll Purpose Flour
1/2 tspBaking Powder
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 lbButter (softened)
3/4 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla Extract
1 LEgg (beaten)


PREPARATION
In large bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt together and set aside
In large bowl cream butter, mix in sugar, vanilla, egg. Mix well by hand
Add flour mixture to butter mixture a little at a time mixing well
Need mixture until smooth as dough
Use cookie gun to create cookies on a un greased cookie sheet
Bake @ 400º F 10 - 11 minutes for large cookies on high shelf
Cool cookies on cookie rack for 5 -10 minutes
Cooking Tips: Cooking times may vary. Watch cookies, when starts browning around edges, cookies are done.
Serving Tips: Makes 4 doz. Large or 6 doz. Small
