INGREDIENTS
1 loafItalian Bread ( sliced 1/4 inch thick )
2Tomatoes ( remove seeds and dice )
1 medSweet Onion ( diced fine )
1/2 bunchCilantro ( chopped )
1/8 tspSalt
1/8 tspBlack Pepper ( ground )
1/2 stickButter ( Melted )
1/4 tspGarlic Powder
1/8 tspBlack Pepper (ground)


PREPARATION
Pre-heat oven to 350°F
In small bowel add butter, Garlic, and pepper. Mix well.
In medium bowl add tomato, onion, cilantro, salt, pepper. Mix well.
Slice bread to ¼ inch thickness
Dip one face in butter and place on cookie sheet dry side down.
Spoon tomato mixture onto the bread slices.
Place cookie sheet into oven and cook for 15 minutes.


Cooking Tips: Do not burn the bread.
Serving Tips: Can be served at room temperature or warm.
